Healthy People, Healthy Planet
Helping you connect people with wellness, nature, and each other.
My mission is to share wellness practices and conservation actions that strengthen people, support organizations, inspire communities, and create a more resilient planet.
WHAT WE DO
We create experiences that inspire change and reveal meaningful, measurable behavior.
Your Audience is Our Focus
Boost your employee engagement and wellness through programs that share awareness and provide purpose.
Your community learns about a species or habitat in need and finds practical, research-based solutions to make a difference.
Conservation science, nature, and contemplative practices connect your students’ wellbeing with ecological health.
Your audience is open to learning more ways to connect their health to the world around them.

The Process
What does this look like?

A different kind of wellness partner
Focusing on your people, your mission, your community.
I started this business to help restore the connection between people and nature. I believe we all thrive when our minds, bodies, and ecosystems are healthy. Our communities and well-being depend on creative, compassionate, and collaborative care for the world around us.
My background brings you
corporate media and instructional design
a master's degree in biology focused on conservation and sustainability
a leadership role with conservation initiatives
and a 200-hour yoga certification
This means I understand:
how to communicate ideas in ways that resonate with different audiences, and
how to connect those ideas to research, well-being, nature, and meaningful action.
Your needs come first. My goal is to fit ideas to your audience, align with your mission, and create opportunities for people to feel more connected, hopeful, and capable.
FROM CONNECTION TO ACTION
We don’t just talk about wellness OR nature OR conservation. We mix them all together… as they should be.
We create experiences that help people notice, care, and act.
A workshop might inspire someone to reduce unnecessary lighting for migrating birds.
Art or images might transform the way people see their relationship with nature.
A yoga class might deepen someone’s connection to a local habitat.
Pre- and post-surveys reveal awareness, outcomes, and what could be next.
